oLo Brand Group and Inside Wide teamed up to create this incredible marketing package for Brown Harris Stevens. The ask? To create buzz for a modern luxury building that was still being built in SOHO.

We worked with a rendering artist to create the interior designs, teamed up with a modern furniture company for the furnishings within the space, and worked with a local photographer to capture the vibe and uniqueness of the neighborhood.

We created a flash based website (which was the gold standard for website animation at the time) that fully integrated with the printed materials. We also worked with Brown Harris Stevens to design the showroom with custom fixtures with large prints of the renderings and images from the photographer.
